3 months agoI used to order here every week back in Spring 2025. The tacos were around $12 after tax and the wait was usually short. The location wasn't the best, but that wasn't an issue since you grab your food and go.

4 months agoI get tacos from here probably once a week from either the mall or food truck location and they never disappoint. Both locations are always hot and fresh even when I order for pickup. I love the food luck location because it’s open later and the guy that’s usually working always gives me extra sauce, though I do love the mall location for its horchata. The birria is great at both and the consume is always hot. My favorite tho is their al pastor and beef fajita tacos! The rice and beans are a great side option but so are the fries always hot and fresh and well seasoned. The northgate location is not the easiest to get to by car but when I’m out walking there isn’t usually too much of a hassle will definitely be back!

a year agoI recently tried Chifa Tex Tacos, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! The fusion of flavors was absolutely incredible—every bite was packed with bold, fresh ingredients that worked perfectly together. The tacos were flavorful and perfectly cooked, with just the right balance of spice and seasoning. The presentation was thoughtful, and everything arrived fresh and well-prepared. You can tell they put effort into not only the quality of the food but also the care in how it’s served. On top of that, the service was friendly and efficient. Whether you're dining in, grabbing takeout, or eating late at night, this place is perfect for delicious food with a unique twist. Highly recommend Chifa Tex Tacos if you’re looking for something satisfying, creative, and absolutely delicious!

2 years agoI live near Mexico and eat tacos frequently, but this place surpassed my expectations by a landslide. The best tacos I’ve had in a loonnngggg time. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend!

3 years agoI got to try their food on a scheduled but spontaneous self care day. I'm not sure if they have two locations but the one I ate at was located in the food court of Post Oak Mall in College Station. I ordered the loaded nachos without the avocado, 1 shrimp taco and a chicken street taco, plus whatever my fam ordered. Food was fresh, hot and good. I couldn't finish the loaded nachos but later that night after they'd gotten cold, I did... still bomb though. Their green sauce is a little spicy but not as spicy as the red, both are good, choose wisely.
